YOUR CITY. YOUR BRIEF. YOUR FOOTAGE.

Request a Quote for City Video & Photography

Tell us the location, filming format and intended use. We coordinate custom walking tour videos, urban timelapse and city photography through on-location production teams and collaborators worldwide.

CUSTOM FILMING QUOTATIONS

Tell us what you want to capture.

A clear brief makes city filming easier to plan—and easier to price. Whether you need a continuous street walk for your YouTube channel, a city timelapse for an edit, or original destination photography, we can review your project and prepare a tailored scope.

01 / LOCATION

Film where the story is.

Share the city, neighborhood or exact walking route. We assess practical coverage with on-location crews and production collaborators.

02 / SPECIFICATION

Make the footage fit.

Choose the duration, filming style, resolution preference and intended use so the requested deliverables are clear from the start.

03 / ONE BRIEF

Reduce production back-and-forth.

Instead of coordinating multiple suppliers yourself, tell us your requirements and discuss one production plan, subject to local feasibility.

Have a rough idea rather than a complete shooting plan? Send what you already know. We can discuss route options, recording conditions and deliverables before a quotation is finalized.

WHAT WE CAN PRODUCE

Choose your filming format.

Different projects need different footage. Select one format or combine several in the same brief.

WALKING TOURS

Real streets, continuous movement.

Commission street-level recordings for travel channels, ambient city videos or editorial stories. Define the route, approximate runtime, time of day, filming pace and whether uninterrupted takes are preferred.

HOW YOUR QUOTE IS BUILT

A transparent scope before the numbers.

There is no single price for every street, city or licensing requirement. A useful quotation starts with the factors that affect the actual shoot and the files you need.

Filming locationCountry, city, access conditions, route logistics and local production availability.
Duration & coverageRequested finished runtime, filming hours, number of routes or locations, and any repeat takes.
Production formatWalking footage, timelapse or still photographs; camera movement, audio expectations and special equipment.
Technical deliveryResolution preference, frame rate, aspect ratio, file formats, raw or edited files, and any post-production work.
Schedule & accessPreferred dates, seasonal light, night shooting, property access and any required permissions.
Licensing & exclusivityIntended channel and purpose, geographic or time restrictions, requested exclusivity, releases and clearance needs.

We confirm the scope, price, feasibility and applicable usage terms before a project is agreed. A request does not create an obligation to proceed.

A HELPFUL FILMING BRIEF

The details that save time later.

You do not need a production spreadsheet. A few clear preferences help us assess the route, time on location and footage suitability before estimating costs.

Where exactly?

A city name is a good start; street names, meeting points or a route link make coverage more specific.

When should it feel like?

Morning light, afternoon crowds, dusk, evening neon or a quiet weekend can change the entire result.

What should viewers see?

Call out the landmarks, neighborhoods, architecture, street life and views you consider essential.

How will it be used?

Tell us if the footage will appear on a monetized channel, in an advertisement, or in a broader documentary edit.

OUR PROCESS

One clear route from brief to footage.

Commissioning footage in another city should not mean chasing multiple camera operators, guessing what will be delivered or discussing usage rights only after the shoot.

01

Share the brief

Tell us where you need footage, which format, the approximate runtime and intended use.

02

Review the quote

We assess feasibility and clarify scope, schedule, permissions, deliverables and commercial terms.

03

Film on location

Subject to an agreed booking, the assigned on-location production crew captures the planned material.

04

Receive agreed files

We coordinate the file handover in the format and usage scope confirmed for your project.

A SENSIBLE COMMERCIAL FOUNDATION

Licensing matters before filming.

A camera-original file and permission to use it are not the same thing. Tell us how the images will be published so relevant rights and any clearance requirements can be considered during the quote.

Intended use

YouTube monetization, editorial publishing, travel marketing, broadcast and paid advertising can carry different expectations. We discuss permitted use in the project agreement.

Exclusive or non-exclusive

Let us know if your content needs to be reserved for your project. Availability, scope and restrictions for exclusivity are determined in writing, not assumed.

People, places and sound

Recognizable individuals, private locations, branded artwork and copyrighted music may require additional consideration or permission. We will identify known constraints as part of planning.

Any quotation is subject to production feasibility and agreed usage terms. A request for “full rights” or “exclusive footage” is reviewed and defined specifically for the project; it is not an automatic blanket clearance for every visible person, property or work.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions before you send a brief?

Can I request filming in a city outside your regular production locations?
Yes. We welcome project enquiries for destinations worldwide and can explore suitable on-location production arrangements through local collaborators. Availability, local requirements and feasibility are reviewed individually.
Do I need an exact route or shot list?
Not necessarily. A city, target format and intended use are enough to start a discussion. A detailed route or reference video helps us make the quotation more accurate.
Can I order 30-, 60- or 120-minute walking tour videos?
You can request those durations or propose a custom runtime. Route length, uninterrupted take requirements, filming conditions and the final deliverable will be checked before we confirm the scope.
Can I commission original, exclusive footage for YouTube?
You can request exclusivity for a monetized YouTube channel or other use. If available, the permitted use, exclusivity scope and any exceptions will be described in the agreed licensing terms.
How quickly can I receive a quote and the footage?
Timing depends on how complete the brief is, the city, available crew, filming schedule and possible permission requirements. We discuss estimated quotation and delivery timing once the project scope can be assessed.
Do you provide raw footage or edited videos?
Please tell us your preferred output. Camera-original clips, continuous walking footage and selected edited deliverables may be discussed, depending on the production specification and agreed scope.
Does filling in the quote builder send my information automatically?
No. The quote builder prepares an enquiry for you to review. You choose email or WhatsApp and complete the send action in that app. You can also contact us directly if you prefer.
Can I change my requirements after requesting a quotation?
Yes. Tell us what has changed. Significant revisions to locations, scope, timing or usage rights may result in a revised quotation.
